Returns and Exchanges
- We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for items still in new condition. We unfortunately ‘DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES’.
- Please send us an email indicating the items you would like to return and the reason and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
- Drop off your package at a local post office.
- Most items are processed within 10 business days after we receive your package.
- We’ll issue the refund to your payment account and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
- You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return the item please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We won’t accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. If for some reason we find the returned item in this manner, it will be your responsibility to assure that the same returned item is returned back to you regarding the shipping costs.
- We don’t accept returned items that have been sent to us without proper return requests.
- We don’t offer Freight-To-Collect (FTC) serve for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own costs.
- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them.
